This follows from the delivery model: each guide is built from a specific organisation's material, white-labelled, deployed and then run as an ongoing managed service, so scope varies with the material and the integrations involved. Commercial terms sit in an Order. Invoices are payable within the period stated in the Order, or within 14 days where none is stated, and billing queries should be raised within 30 days of the invoice.
