How long an Alias guide takes to build, what the organisation provides, and who does the ongoing work.

Usually days. A demo built on the organisation's own content is normally ready in under 24 hours, and a full build is live within a week. The sequence is that Alias takes the existing material, builds and tests the guide, then deploys it as a widget on the existing website or as a single shareable link. There is no engineering work required on the client side, and nothing has to be rewritten into a knowledge base before starting. The short timeline is a consequence of that: because the guide is built from material the organisation already has rather than from content authored for the purpose, the slow step in most projects is removed.

Whatever already exists. A website, FAQs, operations manuals, policy documents, and where relevant a CRM or database connection. Nothing needs rewriting into a structured knowledge base first. Alias takes the material as-is, builds the guide, tests it, and deploys it. Brand assets and media are used to white-label the guide so it matches the organisation's identity rather than looking like a generic widget. For organisations that want a face on it, Alias offers premium 2D and 3D avatars, either from a catalogue through its partnership with HTC Viverse or modelled on the brand, staff or original characters, with a voice chosen or custom-made to match.
